Zbyněk is a graduate of Masaryk University in Brno and he has worked with several leading Czech and international law firms. From 2015, he has been an independent general practice attorney specializing in business and civil law, energy (conventional energy and supportive resources), industry and environmental law, building and real estate law, real estate development, and investment and development projects. As a member of the Czech Bar Association and HST Chamber of Commerce Switzerland - Czech Republic, Zbyněk speaks Czech, English, and German.

Kristina is a graduate of Charles University in Prague and has a postgraduate degree from the University College London. Since 2009 she has been a member of the Czech Bar Association and an independent attorney from 2013. She specializes in corporate law, real estate, financial law, capital markets, and litigation. Kristina communicates well in Czech, Slovak, English and German.
